摘要
采用化学染色法和化学浸渍法对化学镀铜涤纶织物进行着色和发色处理,获得了具有黄色、黑色、紫红色等色彩的镀铜织物,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量分析光谱仪(EDX)分析了镀层的表面形貌和成分,并测试了着色织物的干摩擦色牢度和发色织物的K/S值。结果表明,着色织物的干摩擦色牢度基本能够满足使用要求。
Colorization of electroless copper plating on PET fabrics were operated by using the chemical dyes and chemical soakage. The Cu-coated fabrics decorated with yellow, mauve, and black were investigated by means of SEM and EDX. The colour fastness to rubbing and the K/S value were also calculated. The results showed that the color fastness to rubbing could satisfy the requirement.
