抗静电剂用于经纱上浆的探讨

在浆液中分别加入3种阴离子抗静电剂,对涤纶纱和棉纱进行上浆、织造;对涤纶和纯棉普通浆纱用阳离子抗静电剂进行处理后织造。分别测试了含抗静电剂和不含抗静电剂处理的涤、棉浆纱织物的静电电压、衰减周期和终点电压。结果表明对涤纶纱静电性能改善效果最佳的为阳离子抗静电剂DM-SN,对纯棉纱则为阴离子抗静电剂DM-P最好。

Three kinds of anionic antistatic agents were added in size, which were separately used to starch polyester yam and cotton yarn. Then the starched yams were weaved. Cationic antistatic agent was used to treat the normal sized polyester yam and cotton yarn. Also the treated yams were weaved. The static electricity voltage, attenuation cycle and end voltage of all the fabrics were tested. The results showed that the best antistatic agent for polyester yarn was DM-SN, and for cotton yam was DM-P.
