加强水疗室的管理与控制预防婴儿院内感染

Significance of Hydrotherapy Control in Prevention of Infant Intection

目的:加强水疗室人员的管理和控制,预防婴儿院内感染。方法:①加强水疗室的硬件建设和微生物学监测;②加大对水疗室从业人员医院感染的教育和培训力度,通过院感知识讲座、观看录象、岗前培训等方法提高人员素质;③加强水疗室制度建设,实行科主任、组长、消毒监督员三级负责制,制定切实可行的消毒隔离制度及符合医院感染预防与控制的工作流程,科主任检查落实,并将执行情况纳入个人质量考核中;④加强对游泳婴儿的选择和护理。结果:由于加强了人员的培训及婴儿水疗细菌学监测及院内感染的预防,5年来未出现1例因婴儿水疗引起院内感染。结论:加大医院感染教育力度,通过细菌学监测,有效的预防水疗室医院感染,保障了婴儿的安全、健康。

Objective:To keep the hydrotherapy room under control so as to prevent infants' infection.Method: ①set up hardware facilities and monitor system in hydrotherapy room;②improve the qualities of hydrotherapy personnel by running seminars and observing videos;③formulate the rules and regulations for hydrotherapy room and simultaneously conduct three-level responsibilities for hydrotherapy room;④provide proper choices and protective methods for the infants in swimming.Result: As the result of many measures taken in our hospital,there has been no case that developed infection from hydrotheropy in the last five years.Conclusion: It is of great significance to control hydrotherapy room in the prevention of infection in hospital.
