摘要
目的：了解某医院消化系统恶性肿瘤的构成情况。方法：采用回顾性调查方法,查阅该院1997到2006年住院病人的病历资料,获得消化系统恶性肿瘤住院病例3 577例。结果：患者年龄大都介于50-60岁之间,该年龄段的患者占全部患者比例达65%;男性病例病种构成比前3位分别为胃癌（34.62%）、食管癌（34.08%）、肝癌（14.47）,而女性病例中病种构成比前3位分别为食管癌（43.33%）、胃癌（20.67%）、结肠癌（9.17%）;居住在城市的病人病种构成比前3位分别为胃癌（30.15%）、食管癌（25.71%）、肝癌（18.97%）,而居住在农村的病人病种构成比前3位分别为食管癌（43.79%）、胃癌（29.82%）、肝癌（8.41%）。结论：消化系统恶性肿瘤主要好发于中老年人群,性别和居住地的不同,消化系统恶性肿瘤病种构成不同。
Objective:To understand the distribution of malignant tumor of the digestive system in a hospital.Methods:3577 cases of malignant tumor of the digestive system were found by looking up the medical records of in-patients at the hospital from 1997 to 2006 with the retrospective survey.Results:Most patients are aged between 50~60 years old.The age of patients was over 65% of the total proportion of patients.There were gastric cancer(34.62%),esophageal cancer(34.08%),liver cancer(14.47) mainly in the male while there were esophageal cancer(43.33%),gastric cancer(20.67%),colon cancer(9.17%) mainly in the female.There were gastric cancer(30.15%),esophageal cancer(25.71%),liver cancer(18.97%) mainly in the urbanarea,while esophageal cancer(43.79%),gastric cancer(29.82%),liver cance(8.41%) were mainly in the rural area.Conclusion:Malignant tumor of the digestive system mainly occurs in the elderly population.There is the different distribution of malignant tumor of the digestive system in different sexes and places of residence.
