分析了国内外果蔬粉加工技术的现状、存在的主要问题,以及果蔬粉一般的加工工艺和果蔬粉在食品工业中的应用,探讨了果蔬粉的发展趋势与前景展望。
This paper analyzed the domestic and foreign situation and main problems of the fruit and vegetable powder processing technology. It introduced the general processing craft and the application in the food industry of the fruit and vegetable powder, and discussed the development trend and the prospect forecast.
