湖北海棠叶中黄酮类化合物抗氧化作用的研究 被引量:12

摘要 以湖北海棠叶中黄酮类化合物为研究对象,采用乙醇回流提取法,用乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度以及提取时间为主要考查因素,通过正交试验,确定了湖北海棠叶中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇溶液体积分数为50%,料液比为1∶20,在80℃水浴条件下提取3h。通过定期测定猪油样品过氧化值(POV)的变化,研究了湖北海棠叶中黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性能。湖北海棠叶中黄酮类化合物对猪油具有较强的抗氧化作用,且随着其添加量的增加而增大。 In this paper took extracts from flavonoids from Hubei Wingnut (Malus hapehensis) leaf as the research object, used the traditional alcohol extraction, made the ethanol concentration, the extraction time, the compare of liquid and solid, the extraction temperature being the mostly complication. The optimization extracting condition of flavonoids from Hubei Wingnut (Malus hapehensis) leaf was selected by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction with 50% ethanol solution and material to solution being 1 : 20 and 80 ℃ plus 3 hours. The antioxidant activity of flavonoids from Hubei Wingnut (Malus hapehensis) leaf were measured with POV as an index using lard as substrate. Flavonoids from Hubei Wingnnt (Malus hapehensis) leaf has strong antioxidant activity in the lard, and the activity was increased with the quantity.
