摘要
对中国男篮体能训练的现状及存在的问题进行了研究.中国男篮在体能训练理念多方面亟待创新:重视体能与技、战术同步发展理念的创新,技、战术训练和体能训练关系的创新,体能训练手段方法科学化的创新,一般体能与专项体能训练合理运用的更新,以及赛季中体能训练消耗与恢复的训练理念创新.提出了体能训练理念发展的对策.
A study of problems in physical stamina training in basketball of China reveals that there is a need to renew the concept on physical stamina training, namely, to renew the idea of developing at the same time doth physical stamina training as well as skills and tactics training;to keep a balanced relationship between physical stamina training and skill - tactics training ; to renew means and methods for physical stamina training and render in scientific manner; to promote a rational transformation between general physical stamina training and special events training ; and to renew the training concept of physical stamina consumption and recovery. In this paper, some corresponding strategies for the issue of physical stamina training are put forward, which are expected to be helpful in basketball training practice.
