摘要
探讨了大学生主观幸福感与应对方式的特点及其相互关系,为高校大学生心理健康教育提供依据.方法采用自编的总体幸福感量表、生活满意度量表和Folkman的"特质应对方式问卷"对300名大学生进行测评.结果女生的消极应对明显高于男生,女生对于生活的满意感也显著高于男生;生活满意度还存在显著的年级差异;同时,大学生主观幸福感存在显著的城乡差异;积极应对与主观幸福感、生活满意度均存在显著正相关,而消极应对方式与主观幸福感、生活满意度则存在显著负相关;消极应对和积极应对对主观幸福感的解释量分别为18.8%和7.3%.应对方式与主观幸福感存在显著的相关关系,是影响主观幸福感的重要变量.
Explored college students' characteristics of coping styles and subject well- being (SWB) and the relations between them, providing evidence for mental health education. Three hundred college students were evaluated with General Well- Being Scale, Life Satisfaction Scale and Trait Coping Styles Questionnaire (TCSQ). It was found that there were significant difference between sex in the negative coping styles and in the life satisfaction, and there were signifi- cant difference among grades in the life satisfaction, and also significant difference between city and countryside in SWB. SWB had positive correlated to positive coping while negative to negative coping. Negative coping and positive coping accounted for 18.8% and 7.3% of the variance in SWB. SWB is correlated with coping styles. And coping styles are important variables influencing SWB.
