高密度脂蛋白对严重烫伤大鼠脑组织的保护作用研究

摘要 目的:探讨高密度脂蛋白(HDL)对严重烫伤大鼠脑功能的保护作用。方法:120只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各60只,均于背部造成30%TBSA度烫伤创面,实验组伤后立即经尾静脉注入HDL(80 mg/kg),对照组及实验组于伤后30 min经腹腔补充平衡盐溶液(50 ml/kg)。检测对照组及实验组大鼠伤后脑组织病理学变化。结果:烧伤后大鼠对照组及实验组12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h脑组织中均可见小血管扩张出血,血管内皮细胞肿胀,以48 h改变最为明显。实验组和对照组比较,脑组织病理变化无显著差异。结论:HDL对严重烫伤大鼠脑组织没有明显的保护作用,这可能与血脑屏障影响HDL的通透性有关。 Objective :To explore the protective effect of high density lipoprotein on the brain function of rats with severe burns. Methods :One hundred and twenty Wistar rats were employed in the study and were randomly divided into control (n= 60 ,with 30%TBSA full-thickness burn on the back) and experimental (n = 60 ,with the injection of HDL(80 mg/kg) via the caudal vein immediately after burns)groups. The rats in the groups with burns injury were resuscitated with intraperitoneal isotonic saline(50 ml/kg) 30 minutes after burn. The histological changes in the brain tissue of the rats in all groups were observed under light microscope. Results :Different degree dilation, breeding and edema of cells in little blood vessels were observed in the brain tissues of all rats, and the most severe injury was shown at 48 hours. There were no significantly differences of pathological lesion between control and experiment groups. Conclusion:High density lipoprotein do not have the protective effect on the brain function of rats with severe burns.
