摘要
基于CCD的激光三角测量技术广泛应用于物体的非接触测量。文章描述了激光测距仪的硬件和软件设计,用FPGA实现了对CCD信号的重心算法处理,解决了常规系统无法做到的高采样率和实时性问题。实验结果证明:重心法具有重复精度高、稳定性好等特点。
The triangular laser measuring technique based on CCD is widely used in non - contacted measuring requirements. This paper describes the hardware and software design in laser distance meter, which makes the centric algorithm come true with FPGA, and resolves the high sampling speed and real - time problem the normal system fails to do. The experiment results show that the center of gravity method enjyos the characteristics of high repeated precision and stability.
