摘要
文章采用了微波完全消解和水浴部分消解两种方式对同一批饲料样品进行前处理,用原子荧光光度计测定饲料中的Hg、As含量。通过对检测结果的对比发现微波消解的效果要好于水浴消解。该检测方法的Hg检出限为0.0825mg/kg,As为0.265 mg/kg。并对微波消解条件的选择进行了深入的探讨。
The microwave digestion and bath digestion are used in dealing with a same series of feed, and then atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine the content of Hg and As in feed. The comparison of the results finds that the effect of the microwave digestion is better than bath digestion. By this method, the limit of determination is 0.082 5 mg/kg for Hg and 0.265 mg/kg for As. Then the conditions of microwave digestion are further discussed.
