摘要
分析研究了高海拔环境下低气压对锅炉热力计算的影响。指出锅炉燃烧计算与大气压力无关;随气压降低,室燃炉、层燃炉炉膛内介质辐射放热能力降低;低气压对CFB锅炉炉膛内传热的影响可近似忽略不计;对于锅炉对流受热面,总传热系数随气压降低而缓慢增大。
Detailed analysis and researches on the influences of altitude on the thermal calculation of boiler were performed. The resulting conclusions show that the combustion calculation of boiler is independent of low atmospheric pressure; the effectiveness of radiating heat transfer in furnace of pulverized - coal -fired and chain - grate boiler is weakened with the decrease of atmospheric pressure; the influence of atmospheric pressure on the heat transfer in furnace of CFB boiler is negligible; as for convective heating surface in boiler, the total heat transfer coefficient increased slightly with the decrease of atmospheric pressure.
