隔物灸治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经103例疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of substance-partitioned moxibustion on 103 cases of primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation type

目的观察隔物灸治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将206例寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者随机分为2组。治疗组103例采用隔物灸神阙、关元治疗;对照组103例口服月月舒冲剂治疗。2组均治疗3个月经周期后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.12%,对照组总有效率85.44%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组轻、中、重不同程度痛经患者临床疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论隔物灸治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of substance - partitioned moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea of cold - damp stagnation type. Methods 206 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold - damp stagnation type were randomly divided into two groups, cases of Primary Dysmenorrhea patients were randomly divided into two groups. 103 patients in treatment group were treated by substance- partitioned moxibustion in Shenque and Guanyuan points; the other 103patients in control group were treated by oral administration with Yueyueshu instant granule. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 96.12% and 85.44% respectively, there was a significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.01）, and there were significant differences in the therapeutic effects of substance - partitioned moxibustion on the patients with light, moderate and severe degrees（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The substance- partitioned moxibustion is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold - damp stagnation type.
