摘要
目的观察补肾利浊胶囊抗炎、镇痛以及抗大鼠实验性前列腺炎的作用。方法(1)抗炎实验:将40只小鼠随机分为补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组及对照组各10只,补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组分别给予相应剂量的补肾利浊胶囊(分别为4.0、2.0、1.0g/kg),对照组给予蒸馏水,采用二甲苯酸致小鼠腹部皮肤毛细血管通透性增高,测定光密度值;(2)镇痛实验:40只小鼠分组及给药同抗炎实验,采用腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠出现扭体反应,纪录扭体次数并计算镇痛百分率;(3)抗前列腺炎实验:将雄性大鼠50只随机分为补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组及模型对照组及正常对照组,各10只。补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量组分别给予相应剂量的补肾利浊胶囊(分别为2.0、1.0、0.5g/kg),模型对照组及正常对照组予等量蒸馏水。采用向大鼠前列腺注入角叉菜胶致炎,观察镜下白细胞计数及卵磷脂小体密度。结果补肾利浊胶囊高、中、低剂量均能减少小鼠扭体反应次数,3组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);对小鼠腹部毛细血管通透性增高均有明显抑制作用,3组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);均可使大鼠前列腺液中卵磷脂小体增加,白细胞计数降低,3组与模型对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论补肾利浊胶囊具有明显的抗炎、镇痛以及抗前列腺炎的作用。
Objective To observe the anti- inflammatory and analgesic effect of Bushenlizhuo capsule and its effects on rats with prostatitis. Methods (1)Anti - inflammatory trial: 40 rats were randomly divided into control group, high - dose Bushenlizhuo capsule group, middle - dose Bushenlizhuo capsule group and low- dose Bushenlizhuo capsule group ( 10 rats in each group). The rats in control group were given distilled water, and the rats in experimental groups were given different doses of capsule(4.0,2.0,1.0g/kg), then enhance the capillary permeability of abdominal skin of rats by using xylic acid, and the OD numerical value was detected. (2)Analgesic trial : 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups, the rats were given distilled water or different doses of capsule respectively in the same way as anti - inflammatory trial, then using intraperitoneal injection with acetic acid to induce spraining body reaction, the times of spraining body reaction were recorded and analgesic percent was calculated. (3)Anti - prostitis trial: 50 male rats were randomly divided into five groups as the first trial( 10 rats in each group), and the rats in experimental groups were given different doses of capsule respectively (2.0,1.0,0.5 g/kg)with the equivalent amount of distilled water to each group, injecting carrageenan into the rats' prostate to induce inflammation, then the WBS counts and density of lecithin corpuscle were observed. Results Bushenlizhuo capsule could decrease the times of spraining body reaction of rats, there were significant differences between control group and three experimental groups( P 〈 0.01 ) ; Bushenlizhuo capsule could inhibit the enhancement of capillary permeability of abdominal skin of rats, there were significant differences between control group and three experimental groups( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) ;Bushenlizhuo capsule could increase the amounts of lecithin corpuscle in prostate liquid and decrease the WBC counts in rats. There were significant differences between control group and three experimental groups ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01) . Conclusion Bushenlizhuo capsule has obvious effects of anti- inflammation, analgesia and anti- prostatitis.
