摘要
充填料浆环管试验是采用充填工艺的矿山设计必须进行的一项工作,旨在获得充填工艺流程的流体、流变参数,作为设计的依据。但充填料浆环管试验要耗费较长的时间、大量的资金,以及人力、物力。因此并非所有矿山都具有进行环管试验的条件,于是只能采用类比法确定参数。通过对环管试验进行计算机仿真,可以替代环管试验获得所需充填料浆的流体力学、流变学参数,对设计充填系统具有重要的现实意义。文中通过建立尾砂料浆充填环管试验计算机仿真模型,仿真得出的充填料浆管道阻力参数和实测值基本相符。
In order to obtain the rheological and fluent parameters of filling techniques as designing basis references, the filling slurry round-pipe-test is a necessary work. The test consumes a lot of time, money, manpower and material resources. So that not every mine has the possibility to carry out the test and the method by rule of thumb is used compulsorily. The fluent and rheological parameters of filling slurry can be obtained from the computer simulation of filling slurry round-pipe-test. It is an important practical meaning if the simulation can substitute filling slurry round-pipe-test. This paper provides implement about how to establish the computer simulation model of filling slurry round-pipe-test, and the fluent parameters obtained by simulation are suitable for actual design of filling system.
