DBC从酸性溶液中萃取分离Pd(Ⅱ),P t(Ⅱ)的研究

摘要 研究了采用DBC作为萃取剂,从酸性溶液中萃取分离Pd(Ⅱ),Pt(Ⅱ)的性能。分别考察了DBC体积分数、混合液的酸度、萃取时间、相比(O/A)对萃取分离Pd(Ⅱ),Pt(Ⅱ)性能的影响。通过正交实验得出Pd(Ⅱ)与Pt(Ⅱ)萃取分离的适宜条件,即DBC体积分数为10%、萃取时间t=10m in、相比O/A=1、盐酸浓度为2mol/L,Pd(Ⅱ)与Pt(Ⅱ)的分离萃取系数为320。实验分别研究了采用氨水进行反萃Pd(Ⅱ)和采用NaC l进行反萃Pt(Ⅱ)的性能,得出了Pd(Ⅱ)和Pt(Ⅱ)的反萃取条件。 The performances of extracting and separating Pd( Ⅱ ) and Pt( Ⅱ ) from acid solution with DBC were studied carefully, and DBC serves as extracting reagent. DBC concentration, acidity of mixed aqueous solution, extracting time and phase ratio O/A which would have many important effects on the performances of extracting and separating Pd ( Ⅱ ) and Pt ( Ⅱ ) were examined respectively. The optimum conditions of extracting and separating Pd( Ⅱ ) and Pt( Ⅱ ) obtained through rhombic experiments, are that DBC concentration is equal to 10% , extracting time is 10 minutes, phase ratio O/A is 1 and concentration of H^+ is 2mol/L in the aqueous phase. The separating coefficient of Pd( Ⅱ ) and Pt( Ⅱ ) is 320 when extracting were carried on by the optimum extracting conditions, The performances of stripping Pd( Ⅱ ) with ammonia and stripping Pt( X ) with NaCI were studied respectively, the stripping conditions of Pd( Ⅱ ) and Pt( Ⅱ ) were obtained.
