废纸造纸厂水处理工程的改造

摘要 在废纸造纸厂原有的AB好氧废水处理工艺基础上,改造建设了以新型高效UASB反应器为核心的厌氧-好氧生物处理系统。结合合理的工艺设计和水的再生回用,成功地实现了达标排放下节能降耗的目标。运行结果表明,处理后再生水质可以满足生产回用水质要求,吨纸平均用水量从原来的78m^3降低到20m^3,吨纸产品节约废纸0.02 t、节电约45kWh,显著降低了生产成本。 The wastewater performed by AB aerobic process in a recycled fiber mill was rebuilded to use anaerobic and aerobic two biological stages treatment system containing a new type of UASB reactor and an aerobic pool. The operation of the new system reduced the consumption of fresh water, wastewater effluent and solid waste discharge. The results showed that the treated water fulfills the requirements of water reusing. Fresh water consumption decreases from 78m3 to 20 m3 per ton paper production after system reconstruction, and 0.02 ton raw material and 45 kWh power consumption can be saved for per ton paper production which evidently decreases the production cost. The system reconstruction has remarkable economical and environmental benefits by saving water, energy and materials.
