摘要
对生产卷烟纸常用纤维原料如针叶浆、阔叶浆、麻浆在300、600、900℃环境中的热裂解产物进行了分析,结果表明,不同温度下,3种纤维原料的主要热裂解产物为醛酮类化合物;在600、900℃下热裂解时,3种纤维原料均产生大量呋哺类、酮类物质(这些物质对卷烟的吸味有贡献),但不同纤维原料的热裂解产物种类有一定差异,如针叶木浆的热裂解产物中可检测到小分子有机酸、麻浆的热裂解产物种类最少等。
At three temperature levels of 300℃, 600℃ and 900℃, pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyse the pyrolysates of four paper making fiber materials. The results showed that on the different temperature conditions, the major pyrolysates of the four paper making fiber materials are aldehyde and ketone. At 600℃ and 900℃, the pyrolysates of the four materials all contain furan and ketone which are good for the smoking flavour. There are some differences in the pyrolysates of softwood pulp, hardwood pulp and flax pulp: small molecular organic acids are only found in the pyrolysates of softwood pulp. The kinds of pyrolysates of flax pulp are less than softwood pulp and hardwood pulp, and also the kinds and amount of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons existed in the pyrolysates of flax pulp are less than the other two pulps.
