介绍了红塔区的地理气候特征,野生蔬菜的种类及部分野生蔬菜的营养价值和食用现状,讨论了进一步的开发利用。
This is paper introduced resource of wild vegetable in Hongta County, its nutritive value, and present situation of its utilization by local people. The author also put forward some suggestions about exploitation.
