摘要
本文综述了肺癌胸腔积液中树突状细胞的研究,包括树突状细胞的研究背景、生物特性、诱导培养、形态学观察及其临床应用。
Objective： In the article the study of dendritic cells from malignant pleural effusion in patients with lung cancer are discussed synthetically, it include the research background of dendritic cells, biological property, efficient generation, morphological observation and clinical application.
