输尿管囊肿的诊断及治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Ureterocele(23 cases reports)

目的：总结对输尿管囊肿的诊治经验。方法：对我院1994-2006年以来收治的23例输尿管囊肿的诊断、治疗、预后等资料进行回顾性分析。结果：行B超、静脉尿路造影（intravenous urography,IVU）及膀胱镜检可确诊本病。行经尿道囊肿部分切除术14例,经膀胱输尿管囊肿切除加输尿管膀胱抗返流吻合术7例,行上位肾及输尿管切除术1例。术后随访5-24个月,22例术后疗效满意。结论：输尿管囊肿的诊断主要依靠B超、IVU和膀胱镜检查。治疗上应根据囊肿大小和肾功能情况选择不同的术式。

Objective. To summarize experience of diagnosis and treatment of ureterocele. Methods： The data about diagnosis, treatment and prognosis from 23 cases of ureterocele in our hospital from 1994 to 2006 were reviewed retrospectively. Results： The diagnosis of this disease was established on ultrasonography, intravenous urography（IVU） and cystoseopy. 14 eases underwent transurethral partial excision of cyst. 7 eases underwent suprapubic resection of ureterocele and anti- refluent operations of ureter - vesical anastomosis. 1 ease received upper pole partial nephroureterectomy. After operation, all patients have been followed up for 5 -- 24 months and curative effect is satisfactive in 22 case. Conclusion：The diagnosis of ureterocele mainly depends on ultrasonography, IVU and cystoscopy. As far as treatment, the different operative ways should be chosen according to the size of cyst and renal function.
