The link between Culture and politics decides politics as a important angle of view to exmine the system for managing cultural undertakings. Along with making headway, the reform of the system for managing cultural undertakings is faced with a defficuh position, in which political root cause lies in cultural attribute to be extended to political ideology, limilation from the reform of political sturcture and the offside and vacancy in principal function of cultural power.
