Simulation for Multi-Component Slurry Gasification Process Technology

摘要 分析了多元料浆气流床的气化过程,建立了热力学平衡模型;在料浆特性、气化剂参数、气化压力确定的条件下,由模型预估了原料在气化炉中反应产生的气体组成及相关气化指标;根据工艺参数的变化,研究了气化温度、气体成分、冷煤气效率随之变化的规律。研究分析结果表明,气化操作条件得到优化,为工业装置的改造、设计和优化提供了部分依据。 Has analyzed the gasification process of multi-constituent slurry gas flow bed, the thermodynamic balance model has been established; under definite conditions of slurry characteristic, gasification agent parameters and gasification pressure, the gas component and the gasification indexes of raw material, produced in reaction inside the gasifier were preevaluated by model ; based on variation of process parameters, the rule varied with the gasification temperature, main gas component, cold efficiency was studied; the result obtained by research and analysis indicates that the gasification operation conditions are optimized, it supplies us partional basis for reformation, design and optimization of industrial plant.
