摘要
介绍了由甲醇制乙烯或丙烯工艺技术及其催化剂的研究进展和技术应用情况;从技术成熟度、投资高低以及环境、原料、水资源、交通等方面论述了工程项目的可行性。笔者认为,甲醇制烯烃技术开辟了一条非石油制取低碳烯烃的原料路线,但预计近几年内尚不会对国内烯烃工业产生较大影响,建议项目投资须谨慎从事。
Author has introduced the process technology making ethylene or propylene by methanol and the research progress & technical application situations of its catalyst ; discussed the feasibility of the project from aspects of technical maturity, high or low cost, environment, raw material, water re- source and traffic etc.. Author considers that a raw material line for producing the low carbon olefin hydrocarbon free of petroleum has been developed , but it is estimated that it can not yet make a deeper efficiency on the domestic olefin hydrocarbon industry in the recent years , it is supposed that the invest of the project must be treated with caution.
