摘要 随着非水酶学的发展,脂肪酶在有机催化反应中得到广泛应用,探寻提高有机催化脂肪酶的催化活性和操作稳定性的途径也随之成为研究热点。综述了近年来这一研究方向的成果及最新进展,着重阐述表面活性剂包衣、固定化以及二者结合的手段对脂肪酶在有机介质中的催化活性及操作稳定性的影响。 With the development of the non-aqueous enzymology, lipase has been extensively applied in organic catalytic reactions. Searching for the way to enhance catalytic activity and stability of lipase in organic solvent has become a hotspot. This article sunmarized the development and the latest progress in this field, and emphatically elaborated the influence of surfactant coating, immobilizing on matrix, as well as a combination of the two technologies on the catalytic activity and stability of lipase in organic solvent.
