摘要
有机磷化合物在农业中的广泛应用,给农作物带来增产的同时对环境造成污染,严重威胁着人类的健康,其生物解毒已受到高度重视。有机磷水解酶(OPH)是目前处理有机磷化合物最有效的水解酶类,而通过基因工程手段获得高表达、高降解效率的OPH,尤其是OPH的表面显示技术是近年来的研究热点。主要综述了大肠杆菌、假单胞菌、酿酒酵母的OPH表面显示技术研究及应用进展和发展趋势。
Organophosphorus compounds are widely t^sed in agricukure, which increase the yield of crops and cause great environment problems which threaten people's health badly. So its biodegradation attracts more attentions all over the world. So far, Organophosphorus Hydrolase(OPH) is the most effective Hydrolase for treating Organophosphorus. The expression and effect of OPH can be increased by the methodology of genetic engineering, especially the surface display technology of OPH is the hotspot of study in recent years. In this paper, the progress of research focused on the surface display technology of OPH on the surface of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas and Saccharomyces cerevisiae was discussed.
