黄瓜CsEXP10蛋白的结构构建和分析

摘要 利用一系列生物信息学软件预测了黄瓜CsEXP10蛋白的理化性质、卷曲螺旋、疏水性、信号肽、跨膜结构、糖基位点、活性位点、亚细胞定位及二级和高级结构。结果表明:该蛋白是一个疏水性稳定蛋白,定位于细胞壁,含有4个-α螺旋,11个β-折叠,5个跨膜区域和10个糖基化位点。 The character of CsEXP10 protein such the physical and chemical properties, coiled coil, hydrophobicity,signal peptide,transmembrane domains, O-glycogylation site, active site, subcelluar localization, second and three structure were analyzed by a series of bioinformatics software. The results showed that CsEXP10 protein had four or-helix,eleven β-sheet,five transmembrane domains and ten O-glycogylation sites;it was a hydrophobic and stable protein and located to cell wall.
