摘要 本实验通过测定大白鼠岛状皮瓣缺血再灌流后脂质过氧化反应的变化,证实氧自由基是造成岛状皮瓣缺血/再灌流损伤的主要原因。结果提示,应用氧自由基清除剂,如SOD,可以预防皮瓣的缺血/再灌流损伤。 We evaluated the role of oxygen free radicals in tissue injury following ischemia and reperfusion, using a rat island skin flap model. MDA was estima ted following ischemia and reperfusion. The results showed that MDA was significantly higher in ischemia follwing reperfusion (P<0.0001). These data indicate that the generation of oxygen free radicals is increased during ischemia following reperfusion in flap. They react with polyunsaturated fatty acids to Produce lipid peroxides. Finally, tissue necrosis is induced.
