摘要
[目的]研究补充光照对植物幼苗生长的影响。[方法]对白菜、黄瓜、西葫芦和豆角的幼苗补照红光和白光,测定株高、鲜重、叶片的叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性及蛋白质含量。[结果]同一种植物不同处理的叶片叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素的含量均无明显差异。补照红光32d的白菜和黄瓜的株高、鲜重和POD活性明显高于补照白光的。补照红光16d的西葫芦的株高、鲜重、POD活性高于补照白光的,蛋白质含量低于补照白光的,豆角的各项指标与之相反。补照白光32d的白菜蛋白质含量高于补照红光的。[结论]补照红光或白光对植物幼苗生长的影响可能与照光的不同时期和植物的类型有关。
[Objective] The purpose was to research the effect of illumination supplement on the growth of plantlets. [Method] The plantlets of Brassia peklnensis, Cucumis sativus, Cucurbita pepo and Phaseolus vulgaris were supplemented with red and white light. Their plant heights, fresh weights, chlorophyll contents, peroxidase activities and protein contents in leaves were determined. [Result] The contents of chlorophyll a and b and carotenoid in leaves of the same plant among different treatments had no significant difference. The plant heights, fresh weights and POD activities in B. pekinensis and C. sativus supplemented with red light for 32 d were significantly higher than that supplemented with white light. The plant height, fresh weight and POD activity in C. pepo supplemented with red light for 16 d were higher and its protein content was lower than that supplemented with white light. The various indices of P. vulgaris were opposite to that of C. pepo. The protein content in B. pekinensis supplemented with white light for 32 d was higher than that supplemented with red light. [Conclusion] The effects of supplementing red or white light on the growth of plantlets might relate to different stages of illumination and plant type.
