黄土高原15种植物种子发芽的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]为黄土高原植被的恢复建设提供科学依据。[方法]采用三因子两水平设计,比较研究了黄土高原15种常见植物种子在冷湿层化、光照和温度变幅及其交互作用下的萌发特性。[结果]冷湿层化、光照分别对7、10种植物的萌发率有显著的影响。温度变幅对8种植物的萌发率有显著影响,且高温变幅时植物有更高的萌发率。冷湿层化、光照和高温变幅交互作用时能提高狗尾草、冰草和醉马草的萌发率。冷湿层化、光照和温度变幅对芨芨草、打碗花和披针叶黄华的萌发率没有显著影响。[结论]冷湿层化、光照及温度变幅能够影响黄土高原植物种子的萌发率。 [Objective] The research aimed to provide the scientific basis for vegetation restoration and construction in Loess Plateau. [Method] Using 3 -factror and 2 level design, the seed germination characteristics of 15 species of common plants in Loess Plateau under cold -wet stratification, illumination, temperature fluctuation and their interaction were compared. [Result] Cold-wet stratification and illumination had a significant effect on the germination rate of 7 and 10 species of plants resp. Temperature fluctuation had a significant effect on the germination rate of 8 species of plants and the plants had higher germination rate under hlgh-temperature fluctuation. The interaction of cold-wet stratification, illumination, temperature fluctuation could increase the germination rate of Setaria viridis, Agropyron cristatum and Achnatherumn inebrians. While cold-wet stratification, illumination and temperature fluctuation had no significant effect on the germination rate of Achnatherum splendens, CdustegiahederaceaandThermopsislartceolata. [Conclusion] Cold-wet stratification, illumination and temperature fluctuation could affect the seed germination rate of plants in Loess Plateau.
