摘要
本文用克山病病区粮饲养动物8周后处死。实验结果表明,病区粮饲养的大鼠心肌超微结构改变较轻,心肌细胞膜通透性增高,心肌线粒体的细胞色素氧化酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性下降,全血,心肌和肝脏的GSH-Px活性下降,血清、心肌和肝脏的脂质过氧化物含量也明显升高。
The rats were fed on grains produced in endemic region of Keshan disease and grains produced in non-endemic region. After eight weeks of feeding, these rats were killed respectively. The results showed that alterations of myocardial ultrastrucreu in rats of endemic grains was small. Alteration of myocardial cell membrane permeability were appeared in rats of endemic grains. Activity of cytochemical reactions in cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehsdrogenase of myocardial mitochondria was decreased. Activity of GSH-Px in blood the heart and the liver was lower in the group of endemic grains, compared with those in the group of non-endemic grains. Level of MAD in the heart, the liver and the serum were appareently higher in the group of endemic grains, compared with those in the group of non-endemic grains.
