南海北部金线鱼和深水金线鱼的鳞片年轮特征比较研究

Comparative Study on the Characteristics of Annual Rings on the Scales of Nemipterus virgatus and Nemipterus bathybius in the North of South China Sea

[目的]为热带海域鱼类年龄鉴定以及鱼群的动态研究提供参考。[方法]分别从南海北部近岸海域和湾口海域采集金线鱼和深水金线鱼鳞片样本,分析热带海域鱼类鳞片年轮的主要特征及其出现规律,探讨根据鳞片年轮特征进行鱼类种群分类的可行性。[结果]金线鱼和深水金线鱼鳞片属鲷型,年轮特征主要为切割型和疏密型。同种鱼在不同海域中鳞片类型和年轮特征相同。所采集的样本主要是2～4龄。不同海域的深水金线鱼鳞片中切割型年轮特征差异极显著,而疏密型年轮特征无显著差异;金线鱼鳞片中各种年轮特征的出现率无显著差异。2处海域中金线鱼与深水金线鱼鳞片中的切割型和疏密型年轮特征都有极显著的种间差异。[结论]南海北部金线鱼和深水金线鱼鳞片年龄可以作为鱼类资源评估的参考。

[Objective] The research aimed to provide references for the age identification of fishes in tropical sea area and the dynamic research of shoal. [Method] The scale samples ofNemipterus virgatus and Nemipterus bathybius were collected from the offshore sea area and baymouth sea area in the north of South China Sea to analyze the main characteristics of annual rings on the scales of fishes in tropical sea area and their emergence laws and discuss the feasibility of making population classification of fishes according to the characteristics of annual rings on the scales. [Result] The scales of N. virgatus and N. bathybius belonged to porgy type and their characteristics of annual rings were mainly cutting type and loose-close type. The scale types and annual ring characteristics of the same kind of fish in different sea area were same. The collected samples were mostly 2-4 years old. The characteristics of cutting type of annual rigs on the scales of N. bathybius in different sea area had extremely significant difference, but that of loose -close type had no significant difference. The occurrence rates of all kinds of annual ring characteristics on the scales of N. virgatus had no significant difference among different sea area. The annual ring characteristics of cutting type and loose-close type on the scales of N. virgatus and N. bathybius in 2 kinds of sea area both had extremely significant interspecific difference. [Conclusion] Ages identified from scales of N. virgatus and N. bathybius can be used as the reference of fish stock assessment in the north of South China Sea.
