摘要
农村劳动力低市场化流动制约着农村生产要素的有效配置,从而限制了农村经济的发展,使得城乡差距持续扩大。该文从这一现象出发,分析其原因,并从破除城乡户籍壁垒、提高农民素质和构建农村社会保障体系3个方面提出政策建议,以提高农村劳动力流动的市场化程度。
The reasons of rural labor flowing in low marketization level were analyzed. And some solutions from abolishing the barrier of the household register, improving rural labor＇s cultural and skills quality, and building a social security system in rural areas were put forward, aiming to improve the marketization level of rural labor flow.
