摘要
分析了蜂蜜质量信息的特殊性,指出了蜂蜜产业信息传递和信息甄选中存在的缺陷,并提出了统一内外销市场、蜂产品行业协会帮助企业推广品牌、完善监管体制和对养蜂业进行补贴等应对措施。
The characteristics of quality information of honey were analyzed. The limitation of the information transfer and selection in honey industry was pointed out. And the countermeasures were put forward including unifying the standards of the home and international markets, helping promoting the honey brands by guilds, improving the supervising system, and giving subsidies to the bee keepers.
