Research Progress in Instability-overcoming of Fertility in Rape Cytoplasmic Male-sterility System(CMS) in China

油菜细胞质雄性不育系(CMS)育性不稳定是一个较为复杂的问题,它受遗传、地理、气候和栽培条件的影响。从CMS育性不稳定的成因,传统育种方法的改进,油菜不育新材料的利用以及油菜杂种优势利用新途径的开创4方面阐述了我国克服油菜CMS育性不稳定育种工作的成绩和进展,并展望了油菜CMS育性稳定性研究工作的前景。

The instability of fertility of rope cytoplasmic male-sterility system （CMS） is a complicated issue. It was affected by heredity,geography,climatic and plant condition.The achievements and advancements in overcoming of fertility instability of rape cytoplasmic male-sterility system（CMS） in China were reviewed from four aspects： the cause of formation in fertility Instability, improvement of tradition breeding method, application of new sterility materials and new approach of heternsis utilization in rope.At the same time the prospect of stability of fertility in rope cytoplasmic male-sterility system （CMS） was reviewed.
