摘要
[目的]健全和完善高效低成本的马铃薯脱毒种薯的生产繁育体系。[方法]以有根、无根的瓶苗和扦插苗为基础苗,以分析纯试剂营养液和农用普通肥料营养液为雾培营养液,优化雾培法生产马铃薯微型脱毒种薯的体系。[结果]扦插苗的结薯个数和粒重明显优于原始瓶苗。采用20 cm长的无根扦插苗,不仅提高了产量,而且节约了生产成本。两种雾培营养液对薯苗的生长和结薯均无显著影响。配制1 000 L营养液,使用普通农用肥料的生产成本为17.63元,比使用分析纯试剂降低了90.2%。[结论]采用20 cm长的无根扦插苗提高了微型薯的生产效率和单位面积产量,使用农用普通肥料营养液显著降低了生产成本。
[Objective] The research aimed to improve and perfect the production breeding system of vires-free minipotato with high efficiency and low cost. [Method] With the test-tube plantlet and cutting seedlings with and without roots as basic seedlings, the analytical reagent nutrient solution and agricultural common fertilizer nutrient solution were taken as nutrient solution in frog culture to optimize the system of virus-free minipotato by the frog culture method. [Result] The tuber number and grain weight of cutting seedlings were better than that of original test-tube plantlet. Taking the cutting seedlings with the length of 20 em not only enhanced the yield, it but also saved the production cost. 2 kinds of nutrient solution in frog culture had no significant effect on the growth of tuber seedlings and tuber formation. 1 000 L nutrient solution was prepared and the production cost of common agricultural fertilizers was 17,63 yuan, which was reduced by 90.2% than using analytical reagent. [ Conclusion] The cutting seedling without roots with the length of 20 em enhanced the production efficiency and the yield per unit area of mini-tubera. And the usage of agricultural common fertilizer nutrient solution significantly reduced the production cost.
