摘要
从皖南某野生动物园采集包括鸟类在内的22种动物粪便样品共计38份,采用RT-nPCR法检测HEV。结果表明,28.9%的粪样呈HEV RNA阳性,其中包括多种鸟类粪样。对所有11个HEV分离株的基因序列分析表明,它们均属基因4型,同源性为96%-100%。这提示,在该野生动物中心发生了HEV的跨种间感染,并且哺乳动物HEV可以在自然条件下感染鸟类。
In present study, 38 fecal samples of 22 species of animals were collected from a Wildlife Park located in eastern China. All the samples were tested for the presence of HEV RNA. The results showed that 28.9% (11/38) of the animals, including 2 avian, were infected by mammalian HEV and no animals were infected by avian HEV. Phylogenedc analysis demoustrated that the isolates we discovered belonged to genotype IV HEV and they phylo- genetically clustered together. This is the first time that cross species infection of HEV was found on zoo like location and that mammalian HEV swain infected avian.
