离子液体溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑对小鼠的急性毒性试验 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]为研究离子液体对小鼠和其他哺乳动物的毒性提供参考。[方法]以雌、雄昆明小鼠为试验动物,采用改进寇氏法测定了离子液体溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑([C8mim]Br)经腹腔注射后对小鼠的急性毒性。[结果]离子液体[C8mim]Br引起了部分小鼠死亡,其对雌鼠的24 h半数致死剂量(LD50)为52.27 mg/kg,对雄鼠的24 hLD50为35.24 mg/kg。[C8mim]Br对小鼠具有中等毒性,且雄鼠对其敏感性高于雌鼠。中剂量组小鼠肝脏组织明显受损,产生明显的细胞质空泡。[结论]肝脏在抵御[C8mim]Br毒性中发挥一定作用。 [Objective] The research aimed to provide reference for further study on the toxicity of ionic liquid to mice and other mammals. [Methed]With male and female Kunming mice as tested animals, the acute toxicity of ionic liquid 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ( [ C8 mim]Br) to mice after intraperitoneal injection was determined by the improved Karber's method. [Result] Ionic liquid [ C8 mim] Br caused the death of some mice, with the medi- an lethal dose (LD50) after 24 h to female and male mice being 52 .27 and 35.24 rng/kg resp. [ C8mim] Br had medium toxicity and the sensitivity of female mice was higher than male mice. In middle-dose group, the liver tissue of mice was obviously damaged and obvious cytoplasmic vacuoles were produced. [ Conclusion] Liver played certain functions in resisting the toxicity of [ C8 mim] Br.
