沿江、沿河类大型石油化工企业突发性污染事故的环境应急监测

Discussion on the Environmental Emergency Monitoring for the Sudden Pollution Accident in the Large-sized Petro-chemical Enterprise along River

对沿江、沿河类大型石油化工企业突发性污染事故的环境应急监测进行了探索性研究。研究结论认为,为将突发性污染事故的损失降至最低,企业应组建一支装备精良、技术过硬的应急监测队伍,完善突发性污染事故的环境应急监测系统,做好环境应急监测的前期准备工作、事故发生时的实际应急监测工作以及事故结束后的分析总结及完善工作。

The researehon the environmental emergency monitoring for the sudden pollution accident in the large-sized petro-chemical enterprise along river was done.Thus, to reduce the loss of sudden pollution accident, the enterprise should set up a workgroup of emergency monitoring,perfect environmental emergency monitoring system,do well the prior preparation for emergency monitoring normally and practical emergency monitoring work during the accident,and the analyze the experience and lesson after the accident
