New Method of Thigh Amputation (An improved Shevehuk's method)

本文报道作者将截肢法进行改良,在截肢时先封闭骨髓腔,同时把肌肉固定到骨上。该手术可迅速恢复残肢的功能并具有良好的远期效果。

An improved Shevchuk's method was reported in this paper. The author combined the experience which was got during his study in Priorov Central Institute of Trauma and Orthopedics in Moscow. During amputation the bone marrow space was blocked firstly, at the same time the muscules were fixed to the bone.This method recovered the function of stump immediately and then got a good long-term effect.
