英寸制图样转换中尺寸修约问题的讨论

A discussion on the rounding-off of numerical values for the conversion of drawings in British system

针对技术引进时英寸制图样转换中尺寸修约问题,从转换原则确定开始,分析了关于位置度公差修约、钻孔公差与最大实体要求、一般线性尺寸的修约、注有公差尺寸的修约、工件尺寸检验的验收原则和验收极限等5个问题,讨论了如何将此类图样与我国国家标准相对应,将国标应用到转换图中。

The introduction of overseas technology inevitably involves the conversion of drawings in British system. Starting from the determination of conversion rules, this paper analyzes the rounding - off of position tolerance, drilling tolerance and maximum material requirement, rounding - off of general leaner dimension and the dimension with tolerance, acceptance criteria for work piece dimension inspection and acceptance limit, while illustrating the comparison of such drawings with China National Standards and the application of National Standards to the converted drawings.
