摘要
根据空气流动理论和车辆分配阀原理,利用计算机计算空气瞬时状态和分配阀的工作状态,预测104客运列车制动系统特性。同时分析了活塞面积及重量参数对制动性能的影响,总结出制动特性规律。同时为下一步工作,如列车动力学分析提供参数,也为挖掘104阀性能提供了指导。
The characteristics of Type 104 braking system for passenger coach can be predicted by computing the instantaneous state of air and the working condition of distribution vale according to the theory of air flow and the principle of distribution valve for the coach. This paper analyzes the influence of volume parameters and weight parameters of piston on braking performance and summarizes the law of braking performance, which in turn provides parameters for the subsequent dynamic analysis of train and lay a foundation for further tapping the potential of Type 104 valve.
