胃食管阀瓣与反流性食管炎及食管裂孔疝关系的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 Hill等^[1]通过尸体和活体观察证实胃食管阀瓣(gastroesophageal flap valve,GEFV)的存在,并提出Hill分级,在欧美、日本等国得到认可。通过内镜检查,评定GEFV分级,可以判断胃食管反流状态,并且指出不正常GEFV与GERD、Barrett食管、食管裂孔疝(hiatal hernia,HH)密切相关。我们对此进行了初步研究,现报道如下。
