胃食管阀瓣与反流性食管炎及食管裂孔疝关系的初步研究 被引量：4

摘要 Hill等^[1]通过尸体和活体观察证实胃食管阀瓣（gastroesophageal flap valve，GEFV）的存在，并提出Hill分级，在欧美、日本等国得到认可。通过内镜检查，评定GEFV分级，可以判断胃食管反流状态，并且指出不正常GEFV与GERD、Barrett食管、食管裂孔疝（hiatal hernia，HH）密切相关。我们对此进行了初步研究，现报道如下。
