心内畸形矫正术后溶血(附4例报告)

Hemolysis Following Correction of Cardiac Malformation

1982年1月至1989年6月间进行体外■心脏直视手术1179例,其中4例病人术后出现血管内溶血,由于畸形矫正不全形成逆流喷射性血流冲击补片,造成红细胞机械性损伤所致。本组3例病人2次进行残留畸形矫正术,纠正了溶血,2例病人成活,1例病人死于心律紊乱。另外1例病人采用非手术治疗成功。

Between January 1982, and June 1989, 1179 patients underwent intracardiac repair with cardiopulmonary bypass, hemolysis occurred in 4 cases. It resulted from imperfect repair, leaving an abnormal regurgitation jet over the path.Thus the erythrocytes fractured. 3 patients underwent second operation for closing of the remaining malformation and hemolysis was eliminated.Two of these patients are survival and one died from arrhythmia postoperatively. The another one was cured by conservative therapy.
