心血管病人弓形虫感染情况调查

Investigation of Cardiovascular Patients Infected with Toxoplasma Gondii

本文采用间接血凝试验对心血管病患者880人进行弓形虫血清学调查,其感染率为18.18%。结合国内外文献,对被检者的性别、年龄、职业、临床表现等弓形虫的感染情况进行讨论。

880 patients with cardiovascular disease were examined for toxoplasma infection by toxoplasmic serological test(IHA) . Positive rate was 18.18%. It was 18.37% in male and 17.95% in femal.The infeciton occured in any age groups and it was higher in 20～29, 30～39 age groups than any other groups. The highest rate of occurrence was in the patients who worked in the butchery and meat factory, it was 24.37%. The infection rate in patients with carditis was 21.62%. In the light of the relatea literature, aforementioned results were dicussed in this paper.
