摘要
目的通过开展门诊病人双向转诊的实证研究,获取有关证据,为卫生管理和医院管理提供决策证据。方法分析深圳市公明人民医院及其社康中心(站)就诊的585例患者。结果公明医院及其下设社康中心(站)间的上转率为7.39%,下转率为2.44%;62.96%医生口头建议转诊,65.71%的医生只告知病人转诊医院层面,公明人民医院首诊比例为68.69%。结论下转难,社区首诊病例相对少,转诊规范落实不到位。建议落实病人社区首诊制,加强转诊规范建设和落实。
Objective Through analyzing two - way referral for out - patients, to provide references for the development of health administration and hospital management. Methods 586 patients in Gongrning hospital and its lower - level Shekang center were analyzed. Results The referral rate from Gongming hospital to Shekang center was 2.44% and the referral rate from Shekang center to Gongming hospital was 7.39%. There were 62.96% doctors who advised referral orally. There were 65.71% doctors who only told the patients which level hospitals they should go to. The rate of first time visit in Gongming hospital was 68.69%. Conclusions The downward referral is difficult, and the cases that first time visit community health centers are seldom. The standards of referral are not carried out. It should carry out first time visit in community, and strengthen the construction and implementation of referral system.
