摘要
为提高片烟松散回潮的效果,提高大中片率,降低造碎率,通过优化设计和设备改造,筛选出适宜的滚筒转速范围。运用正交设计方法,优化设计出的最佳工艺参数组合为滚筒转速9r/min,物料含水率14%,物料温度55℃。进行了THT改进前后的工艺验证试验。结果表明:与改进前相比,改进后叶片造碎率平均降低了4.04个百分点。
In order to improve the effectiveness of tobacco loosening and conditioning, increase the percentage of large and middle size strips and reduce tobacco breakage, the proper range of rotation speed of cylinder was determined by optimization design and equipment improvement. The optimal parameters obtained through orthogonal experiments were: rotation speed 9r/min, tobacco moisture content 14% , and tobacco temperature 55℃, Technological validation conducted before and after THT improvement showed that the average breakage rate decreased by 4.04 percentage point.
