摘要
在室内测定了荧光假单胞杆菌菌株G20-9对烟草赤星病菌的拮抗作用。结果表明,G20-9菌株的无菌发酵液对烟草赤星病菌丝生长量有较强抑制作用,抑制效果为82.1%,稀释2倍的无菌发酵液对菌丝生长的抑制效果优于化学杀菌剂菌核净。应用双抗标记法测定了G20-9菌株在烟草叶面和根际的定殖情况,结果表明,该菌可以在烟草叶面和根际定殖。
The antagonistic action of Pseudomonas flourescent to Alternaria alternata Keissler was tested in laboratory. The results showed that the aseptic fermentation fluid of Pseudomonas flourescent G20-9 strain had strong antagonistic effects on the mycelium growth amounts of Alternaria alternata Keissler, and the inhibition rate was 82.1% ; the effects of aseptic fermentation fluid diluted to half the concentration was better than that of Dimetachlone. The colonization of G20-9 was determined with dual-resistant label, it was concluded that strain G20-9 could colonize in the rhizosphere and on the leaf surface of tobacco.
