摘要 选取聚丙烯腈(PAN)/二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)溶液进行静电纺丝,在纺丝液中添加不同种类的盐LiCl,NaNO3,NaCl,CaCl2来控制纺丝液的导电性.研究不同种类盐的加入对PAN静电纺丝的影响.不添加盐和加入不同种类盐后配置静电纺丝溶液,发现溶液的导电性的大小排列顺序为:LiCl>NaNO3>CaCl2>NaCl>无盐.盐的加入对溶液黏度与剪切应力影响很小.不同种类的盐加入后纺制纤维的直径从大到小的顺序依次为LiCl>NaNO3>CaCl2>NaCl. Polyacrlonitrile(PAN)/DMAC solution is used to study the effect of the conductance of solution on electrospinning by adding different salts. The effect of different salts on electrospinning of PAN solution were investigated. The various salts include LiCl, NaNO3, NaCl, CaCl2. The results show that when the salts were respectively added into different concerntration of PAN solution, the order of conductant is LiC1〉 NaNO3 〉 CaCl2 〉 NaCl 〉 no salt added. Viscosity and shearing strength of electrospinning solutions are slightly affected by the adding of salts and mainly affected by the changes of concentration of PAN electrospinning solutions. The order of diameter of nanofibers electrospun by solutions with different salts are LiCl〉NaNO3〉CaCl2〉NaCl.
