本文报告14例Treitz韧带切断松解术治疗肠系膜上动脉综合征。简述了手术操作过程,指出手术适应证与禁忌证。作者认为此手术是一种简单易行,创伤小,符合解剖生理要求的方法。

Fourteen cases of amputation of the ligament of Treitz in treatment of superior mesenteric artery syndrome are reported in this paper.It briefly stated the procedures of the operation and pointed out the indications and nonindications of the operation. The authors believe that this operation is an easy and simple method which meets the demands of anatomy and physiology and cause much smaller wound.
